Job Description

As a Junior Product Analyst, you will contribute to the success of our games by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and enhance player experiences.
Collaborating closely with various teams, including Game Development, Game Design, and Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping game strategies and decisions. Your analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations will be essential in driving improvements and achieving our goals.

Your missions:

  • Conduct in-depth A/B test analysis to assess the impact of different features and game mechanics, providing actionable insights to inform future iterations.
  • Analyze app release performance data, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement to optimize player engagement and retention.
  • Regularly update and maintain the event library to reflect changes in the game and capture relevant data for evaluation.
  • Provide on-demand analyses to support decision-making across various aspects of the game, including revenue, ad performance, player progression, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Game Design, Data, User Acquisition, and Monetization to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of product enhancements.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in designing processes and methodologies to streamline workflow and boost team efficiency.
  • (optional) Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the gaming industry, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis.

 

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as an Analyst (including internships), with a demonstrated ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights (Engineering or Data background not necessarily required).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse departments and skillsets
  • A taste for games as a product, coupled with a decent understanding of gaming mechanics and player motivations.
  • Proven ability to design processes and methodologies to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a bonus, enabling you to access and analyze data efficiently.
  • Experience within the Gaming Industry is an additional advantage, but not a strict requirement.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

  • Contract: Full Time / CDI.
  • Localization: Paris based, with remote possibilities.
