TapNation was founded in 2019 by our CEO, Hervé Montoute and our CTO, Igor Zabukovec. In just 5 years, TapNation has grown from a small startup to an international company with recognized experts and optimization technologies.

Job Description

Under the management of our Chief Financial Officer, you will be attached to the Business Support department.

Your main Management interlocutors will be the Finance Manager, the CFO and the external accounting team.

You will take part of several missions:

Accounting

• Be the point of contact with the external accounting team and ensure a monthly review of their work (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
• Participate in the financial monthly closing and validate financial statements within the given timeframe
• Update the pre-accounting tool Pennylane on a monthly basis: banks, clients, suppliers, cryptocurrency statement
• Ensure customer billing (or gathering self-billing invoices) and debt collection
• Ensure a monthly reconciliation between the books and the internal reporting
• Ensure a monthly reconciliation at bank level

Other

• Store the key legal contracts
• Undertake various internal missions

Candidate Profile

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment;
• You are rigorous and methodic;
• You are adaptable, curious, proactive, innovative and enthusiastic.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business (+3/4 years);
• Minimum of two years of experience in Accounting department is required
• Fluent in French; good level in English is required, both written and orally;
• You have interests in mobile industry, having an interest in or passion for games is a plus.

• Start date: January 2025
• Contract: Permanent contract
• Localization: Paris (Malesherbes), with flexibility of remote working.
• Salary: Competitive salary, composed of a fixed part and a variable part according to performance and experience (+ Swile card + transport refund up to 50% + yearly trip)
• Career: First position to become General Accountant
